Get Help
We've tried to make our platform as easy to use as possible, and part of this is about making it easy to get additional help and clarity whenever you need it. So we've built in a number of different options:
Documentation
It's here (https://docs.seedata.io), and you're reading it. There's pages of the stuff, ideally covering everything you might ever need to refer to, and if there something missing, we would love to be notified so we can correct that (suggest you use one of the other channels below)
If you can't immediately spot which page might best help get your question answered, there's a handy search box (powered by AI) that will create a dynamic response to your specific question, and signpost you to other material on this site
You can also "rate" our documentation, using the thumbs up/down icons. This helps us understand where we need to try harder, or gives us a little boost of confidence from your appreciation.
In-app chat
If you're already logged in, and hit a stumbling block, we have an icon in the lower right corner of the screen that will accept any question you can throw at it, and give you a helpful solution right there and then (again, AI fuelled!).
It the answer doesn't meet your needs, it will guide you to raise a ticket on our support page
Support page
We have a publicly accessible support page (on https://www.seedata.io/support) where you can raise a support ticket directly with us, and get that human touch. We'll respond by email, or possibly arrange a call to share screens and walk through your needs.
